Un modelo realmente raro de ver en Madrid. Los 12 ejemplares en el registro español son todos de Helisureste/Inaer que los utiliza principalmente para labores de protección forestal.
A pesar de que tradicionalmente el contrato de verano con la Comunidad de Madrid suele ser adjudicado a Inaer, nunca ha destacado un 407 a dicho contrato, siendo lo habutual B212s y AS350s y Sokols subcontratados
