Uno de los pocos Hueys monoturbinas que quedan en el servicio militar en USA. Los TH-1H son una partida de UH-1Hs modernizados al estandar "Huey II" por la USAF con cabinas de cristal y turbina mas potente. Se mantienen en servicio como entrenadores de pilotos.
