Este TriStar (193S-1110) fue el prototipo de las serie 100, realizando su primer vuelo el 25 de abril de 1975 y siendo entregado a Saudia justo un mes después. Fue convertido a la serie 200 en octubre de 1977y se mantuvo fiel a la compañía Saudí hasta su retirada de servicio, aparentemente en el aeropuerto de Taif.
