Este tipo de avión lo utilizó la RAF para observación de tiro de artillería y una pequeña serie se hizo con motor Lycoming que es el que montaba este avión, fue adquirido por el Aero-Club de Tenerife hacia 1954 y lo pude volar unas 70 horas.
