Otra novedad en el Salón de París ( y en AC) de este año fue la presentación en Europa del bombardero supersónico B-58 Hustler. Este cuatrirreactor llevaba 3 tripulantes y cada uno tenía su propia cápsula de emergencia para eyectarse a altas velocidades.
