Construido en 1965 e incorporado al Esc 123 Titanes en 1995, procedentes de la USAF ( 65-08239) en concreto del 192 TRS/152 TRG (ANG de Nevada. Fueron retirados a comienzos de este milenio por problemas en el sistema hidraulico.Su labor como plataforma de reconocimiento fue encomendada a los F18.
