Tras su exitoso servicio en la Guerra de Corea, el F3D (F-10B) permaneció en servicio hasta 1970 como avión de entrenamiento y guerra electrónica. Este avión lleva las marcas VMFT(N)-20, aunque no prestó servicio en ese escuadrón, sino que pasó casi toda su vida útil en diversas unidades de la Navy. Hasta su repintado alrededor de 2010, se exhibió con los colores blancos originales de la Armada, aunque deteriorados, y el código de cola «NJ».
