Birreactor ejecutivo alemán con capacidad de 9 pasajeros fruto de la colaboración de HFG con varias empresas europeas, entre ellas CASA que se hizo cargo de la construcción de la cola y parte posterior del fuselaje. Sin duda su mayor peculiaridad la constituye su poco habitual ala en flecha negativa. A pesar de su novedoso diseño no alcanzó un éxito de ventas.
