Presentado en el Salón de Paris este bimotor partía de un concepto "push-pull" similar a la Cessna Skymaster con un motor delante y otro propulsor detrás del fuselaje. Este avión llevaba 2 motores Lycoming de 200 hp. Realizó su primer vuelo el 17/12/63. Se construyeron tan sólo dos ejemplares. Este fue el primero y actualmente está expuesto en el Museo de Le Bourget.
