Prueba de que el monstruo volaba... y sigue haciéndolo. Eso sí, sale más barato "comprarle un traje" que invitarle a un cambio de neumáticos, tenía muchos. Sobre el fuselaje central se ven los anclajes de la lanzadera "Buran", para cuyo transporte fué diseñado el "Sueño" (Mriya)

La estrella de Le Bourget '89 fue el impresionante Mryia con el transbordador Buran a cuestas. Aquí lo vemos un rato antes de comenzar su exhibición en vuelo, miles de personas apelotonadas bajo un sol de justicia (sí, en Le Bourget a veces hasta hace calor...)

El An-74 fue una versión del An-72 destinada a operar en zonas árticas, e inicialmente fue conocido como An-72A (A por Arkticheski). Fue presentado por primera vez en Le Bourget 1987 y aquí vemos a otro ejemplar dos ediciones más tarde del mismo salón, aparato que era empleado como avión de pruebas por el fabricante y pintado con los colores de Aeroflot. msn 47030450 entregado el 24-2-1987

Corría el año 1989 y el monstruo con la nave Buran a cuestas era la estrella del "Salón du Burguet". Ni siquiera con un gran angular cabe en el visor sin tener que separarse una barbaridad.

Novedad en el Salón de París el An-22 era en estas fechas el avión más grande del mundo. Llevaba una tripulación de 6 miembros y disponía de una cabina para 28 personas y estaba diseñado para transportar pesadas y voluminosas cargas. Se especuló en que se haría una versión con fuselaje alargado para 720 pasajeros que no llegó a fabricarse.

El An-70 se dispone a realizar su presentación en el Salón de París. Se trata de un gran transporte militar capaz de llevar 300 soldados. Cada motor propulsa dos hélices contrarrotativas de seis palas curvadas cada una, de ahí su curioso aspecto.

El An-74T tenía la configuración tipica de un reactor de transporte táctico: ala alta, tren bajo, cola en T. Lo más llamativo era la disposición de sus motores. Sus principales utilizadores fueron Rusia y algunas compañías bálticas. (KR64/Nikon Coolscan V)

Con sólo una reversa accionada (probablemente indicando que el motor derecho está cortado) el An-74 aterriza mostrando sus generosos flaps que, junto al "Efecto Coanda" generado por los escapes, le daban unas apreciables características STOL. (KR64/Nikon Coolscan V)
