Introducing the: APAU Tejo Tour! An event that will be held from 27/03/09 until 29/03/09, starting at LPCB (Castelo Branco) and ending at LPCS (Cascais, Tires)... always following the Tejo River's path. It will pass trough some historic cities of Portugal, and the best of all, is that the Tour can be followed by car, so that you don't miss none of the dozens of Ultralights! APAU also managed to get spotters credencials for the places were it will land during the tour. In this particular photo, we can see the area were the waters from the Tejo River and the ones from the Atlantic Ocean join, the city of Lisbon on the top left shore of the River, the city of Costa da Caparica on the top right, the Bugio Fortification in the middle of the water on the right, the São Julião Fortification just above the wingtip in the middle, the start of the Carcavelos Beach on the bottom left and between Lisbon and Carcavelos Beach, we have the Marginal: a fantastic road on the shore linking Lisbon-Carcavelos-Cascais that can be done by foot, bike, car or train! And what does this photo has in common with the APAU Tejo Tour? It's the view that you get when approaching the runway 35 at LPCS, the last point of the tour! c/n 115. Tenia el registo de entrega F-WWEL y apesar de volar en una compañia de Portugal esteve baseado mucho tiempo en Francia haciendo vuelos regionales. Hay passado solo unos dias en Portugal despues de seguir para Air Contractors como EI-SLI y ahora esta volando en Kenya como 5Y-BVD. Nueva entrada para AC.
