Homenaje de la Patrulla Aguila del Ejército del Aire al B-727 en su último vuelo.Iberia lo utilizó 29 años (1972-2001),su máximo peso al despegue era de 83.552 kilogramos,su techo máximo 42.ooo pies,su máxima velocidad con respecto al sonido era 0.90 mach (540 nudos),hoy en día ningún avión comercial moderno es tan rápido como lo fué el B-727.
