Este fue el quinto 757 construido, volando por primera vez el 4 de febrero de 1983 y entregado a Eastern tres semanas después (N504EA). Tras su paso por Airtours y su integración en My Travel sigue volando en la actualidad como banco de pruebas de equipos de comunicaciones de Honeywell (N757HW).
