Este L-1011 fue entregado a Eastern como un TriStar 1 en 1978, pasando a LTU en 1980.
Fue convertido en 1986 al estándar TriStar 200 y transformado en carguero en 1996 para operar con Million Air. Su último operador fue Fine Air (Arrow Air) aunque tuvo otros dueños durante su almacenaje en Roswell desde 2002.
