Este avión es adquirido de la Mc, Donnell Douglas y llega a España con la matrícula provisional EC-636, obteniendo la definitiva el 26 de Agosto de 1991 siendo bautizado "Ciudad de Cuenca". Posteriormente en 2008 es adquirido por Spanair y mas tarde vendido a SAS, siendo matriculado SE-DMO.
