Este avión vino a España desde Polonia con un contrato de ICONA. Voló en un principio con matrícula polaca SP-DEB. Mas tarde es adquirido por Heli Agro S.A. que lo matricula en España el 3 de Febrero de 1992, posteriormente lo adquiere SAETA, S.A. y es operado por ICONA 94. Finalmente lo adquiere Angel Martínez Ridao para la lucha contra incendios. Nuevo Registro en la base de datos de AC.
