El prototipo del Aviocar realizó su primer vuelo el 26 de marzo de 1971 y tres años más tarde se incorporaba al Ejército del Aire dentro del CLAEX.
Actualmente se encuentra en el Museo del Aire pero con un esquema menos lucido que el que presentaba en esta foto.
