El Caravelle fue el primer reactor de pasajeros que adquirió Iberia, lo compró directamente del fabricante francés. Fue dado de alta en el Registro de Aeronaves
enJulio de 1967 y bautizado "Padre Antonio Soler". Este avión es dado de baja en la Flota debido a un fortuito fuego en plataforma el 5 de Noviembre de 1973, posteriormente fue desguazado en Barajas. Foto recibida de mi buen amigo Pedro de la Cruz.
