El Sierra de Segura fue entregado a Iberia en 1991 siendo matriculado provisionalmente como EC-578. Después de utilizar el registro EC-FBR hasta 1998, cambió a EC-GRH, matricula que mantuvo con CLickair y Vueling que lo retiró en 2012, siendo desguazado un año después en Greenwood.

Este avión es adquirido por Iberia al fabricante de Touluose, vino con matrícula ferry F-WWDM y se matricula en España el 18 de Marzo de 1991, Iberia lo bautiza "Sierra de Segura". Causa baja en la flota el 26 de Marzo de 1998, siendo rematriculado EC-GRH.
